Rated 4 out of 5 by Suzi091 from Lovely product overall. This is a lovely gentle product on babies skin, however I was a bit disappointed that it doesn’t contain all natural ingredients, only some. Also I wish it had a pump applicator like some of the other products from Johnston as it makes it much easier to apply just the right amount, ( hence the 4 stars) on the plus side it smells lovely and packaging very cute and pretty. Could do with a bit more of a lather as we all know, kids like lots of bubbles. It does leave the skin feeling super soft and well hydrated. I have also used this myself and must admit seems to do wonders for my skin.

Nothing good to say about this product just negative its awful so is the packaging please bring back your original products the new ones are tacky looking

The pump is a must at our house after having used the alternatives. My baby is happy and smooth after using this product. We associate Johnson's with that wonderful clean baby smell. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by NannyD from Dissapointing I have used Original baby softwash for over 10yrs, This product was thick & creamy & helped my dry sensitive skin******Now they have changed the ingredients, & my skin has become itchy & dry. I would not recommend this product for an adult let alone a baby.

The bottle design looks fantastic. It smells wonderful and leaves their skin fresh, clean and moisturised. I have not needed to apply lotion after washing them in this. I have been using it myself and have found my skin feels softer.
I love that it is delicate and gentle on their skin but still washes them really well. It has a great lather and a little goes a long way.
I would certainly buy this product and recommend it to family and friends.

Bath time is always before bedtime & it is wonderful! My baby seemed soothed by the lovely vapor of the bath wash. The scent is hard to describe, but it even soothed me. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone I know!

I had never used a vapor bath before so didn’t really know what to buy. I saw Johnsons’ soothing vapor bath in the baby section and immediately knew that’s what I wanted to try because I always love their products! It worked instantly to relieve my sons stuffy nose and cough. I immediately started to use it for my 2 year old when I noticed she was congested as well. I will always keep a bottle In my house and the entire family of 5 use it.

I bought tons of it...loved it ...I was doing construction and was sore from the hard work..maybe to harsh for babies but was wonderful for us adults..please bring it back...the new formula is too weak and not as soothing for adults plus it's now to soapy in my opinion. Please bring back the original formula for us adults.

I purchased a while back the new scent, and the pump, also just did not work with the product. Can you just change the pump? It’s takes for ever to pop back up and to deliver product it’s such a small amount.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Liana from Not as good as the 24 Hour body wash Purchased this in hope's that it would be like the Johnson's 24 hour body wash that was discontinued but it is not. I had to use MUCH more to get soapy towel than I did the 24 hour. Can anyone explain why the 24 hour was discontinued? I am an adult but it is the only thing that I love and can safely use. Please bring back!

Overall it's a very effective product.

However the new pump design is awful- very difficult to use as the product is thick and the pump takes forever to go back to original position to pump a second squirt.

The natural ingredients are put in bold. It is a shame that the parfum is not from a natural origin. i will say it smells like roses so rose oil is easy to be natural if that. It has some natural ingredients but compare to another child brand in shops famous with its natural ingredients is very far. it is for parents who still want a more natural product but can't allow the expensive ones.

It’s a very subtle pink colour and smells, well, like babies! It foams up beautifully and left my baby’s skin silky smooth with no need for a lotion after her bath. My little one loves her bath and using this as part of her bedtime routine left her top to toe squeaky clean and smelling lovely. I would highly recommend Johnsons baby soft wash, cleans without stripping delicate baby skin.

The pump is a helpful feature so you can get the wash with one hand (useful when you need the other to hold onto a wet slippery baby). I didn't notice anything different with my baby's skin than the regular stuff we use. I was glad to see it contians no parabens, phthalates, sulfate or dyes. Overall we liked this baby wash and I think we will continue to use it.

It moisturized my babies skin and made her feel great after her bath plus she smelled incredible! I loved the scent, she did too! The moisture is perfect in this product and I must add that the new pump is incredibly handy and very easy to use while washing baby! The bottle is huge and you get a great amount of wash for the great price! Highly recommend it!

The pump not so impressive! It’s to short to be used while trying to hold a child with one hand and pump with the other. Also it should turn out not to the side. The pump should put out enough product in one pump to wash the baby instead with this pump you literally had to pump 3-5 times to get enough soap. Not impressed at all with the “new pump”.

I have used Johnsons bedtime bath for a while now so I really enjoyed trying something new. I liked the look of the product and that just the right amount comes out when squeezed. My daughters skin was so soft just after one use, its like having a newborn baby all over again. She smelt absolutely lovely too. Would definitely recommend to others.
