It smells nice & is really gentle. It made bath time a pleasant experience between the lovely scent & light lather that's easy to rinse & doesn't leave a residue. I even used this on myself! I have really dry skin in the colder months & this didn't leave me with itchy, tightness like a lot of other body washes. I thought the 'Cotton Touch' was just a name they came up with but when I read the description it says it's blended with real cotton. I have no idea how you blend a liquid wash with cotton but cool idea! Definitely check this out for your babies!

It's very relaxing and with the easy to use bottle makes it easy to use it as well as close it so that my kids don't have a pump party. My kids waste no time falling to sleep after a good bath using this bubble bath vapor. I would recommend this product to any and everyone with children- or not! I use it myself to relax after a hard day and it works as well as with my kids. Thank you so much for another great product Johnson & Johnson crew!

I must say Cotton Touch Newborn Wash & Shampoo didn’t disappoint at all for infants needs. This product was so gentle on my baby girls skin and left just soft baby smooth skin and the scent was so fresh and invigorating. We loved it...It was absolutely amazing, the smell lingered on my babies skin throughout the day and I also love how it kept the skin hydrated and silky soft.... I’m highly recommending this product as apart of your babies daily bath...

This wash is made with real cotton and is perfect for your little ones sensitive skin. It is hypoallergenic and is a lighter wash that rinses cleans and leaves no residue. It doesn’t suds much and has more of a creamy lather. I love the soft, silky feel of it though. CottonTouch Newborn Wash & Shampoo smells and feels like cotton and contains no harsh chemicals. The Johnson’s brand always carries a tear free promise. I love the design of the bottle. It’s easy to grip when slippery and now has a pump. Great job Johnson’s.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Raylynnsmom from Works great for rsv My little one (8 weeks old) was diagnosed with RSV three days ago the night she was diagnosed I went out and bought Johnson & Johnson's Vapor wash I was very impressed with a gentle scent not overwhelming or harsh like vicks vapor . Vicks is also not good to use on small babies so I love that Johnson & Johnson's Vapor is here and made out of natural ingredients. Its day 4 I've bathed her in it every day , took her to the peds yesterday for a check up on it and she is doing great he said her lungs sound amazing and I'm truly thankful for Johnson & Johnson's Vapor it's a great product and I personally love it . Don't knock it till you try it . Also my little one has hypersensitive skin and had no reaction not even a red spot . Amazing work thank you so much Johnson & Johnson's !!

Taking a warm bath using this soothing vapors bath has been a blessing, not only does it help him, he loves it and seems to work for him making him a happier baby!!!

It is one of the few washes that I would trust on the delicate skin of a new baby. Johnson has always been the go to, but this one outdoes itself. My baby's skin feels so soft and clean after using this wash. There is nothing bad in this soap, and the cotton is a nice touch. It leaves nothing behind but a nice, light, fresh scent. I really like it. I'd recommend it to any new parents who are looking for a wash and shampoo. In my opinion, it really is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before using it on my baby, I pumped some of the product on my fingertips and could really feel and appreciate the new soft texture of the product. It has a smoother, silkier feel than the old Johnson products and other baby washes. It feels very light and left behind no residue which is fantastic. The fragrance is amazing and lasts for a long time despite milk spills and spit up. My son's hair felt really soft and was easily able to be combed through. His skin feels very soft and we got a great clean with one use of this product. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and will most likely switch products to this.

It has a very mild scent and its pump is easy to use. I like the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Busy Mom from Missed the Mark on this Product Half the Marketing mission is the one handed pump. It is the worst, stiffest pump I have ever used on a plastic dispensing bottle. I have taken the bottle apart a few times to see if I can improve the pump and flow. I have been unsuccessful. The product also drips out dangling drops of body wash residue which drips as a mess. I thought the title of Cotton Touch was a synonym but the product has cotton listed as an ingredient. That seems odd to me, sounds like a useless filler. It seems rinsible as advertised but I am basically disappointed in this product. Will not buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Donna from Terrible but smells great I used these because it said cotton touch and it seem to be the right product for my baby when after a month used my son started developing skin rashes and bald spots in his head but I thought he had my dry skin and I was brushing his head to hard but it wasn’t that cause I saw someone else said something about this product and it was the same results . Now my baby is 6 months and his hair has grown back after I stopped using all my products from your company .

It's not just a name, but a promise with real results. Gentle for the most delicate skin, free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or dye, you really do baby your little one when you bring this into the bath. It creates a luscious, rich lather yet still rinses clear with no residue. Cleaning effectively with a minimum of effort, I've found myself reaching for the bottle when I'm in the shower, too! The only possible downside is that they don't sell this soap in bulk, since I would happily forgo the bottle to create less plastic waste, considering how much we all love this and use it everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received Johnson's Cotton Touch Newborn Wash & Shampoo from Home Tester Club to try for free. Johnson's has always been my favorite brand for all of my baby care needs and they have once again renewed my faith in them for being the best ! This wash/shampoo is so gentle that I have been able to use it on my newborn as well as his sisters (ages 5 and 6) and his brother (age 3), without any of them complaining that it got in their eyes and burned or anything else. Anyone with multiple young children can tell you how unusual it is to find ANYTHING that pleases all of them! Thank you again for the opportunity to try this product.

I’m probably going to throw it out and try something for sensitive skin with ingredients I can understand and pronounce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was completely shocked how much I enjoyed Johnson's Cotton Touch Newborn Wash & Shampoo, my baby was having rough skin in her face and after a couple of washes with this soap it made her baby skin extra soft and left her smelling so wonderful even throughout the night! It has a very pleasant smell and texture, lathers her up very nicely and leaves even her hair extra soft. I definitely buying this for all my new mommy friends and recommending it to every one I see with a baby!!

It was truly a blessing because I have really sensitive skin and I also suffer from Keratosis Pilaris on my arms. I find after using this that my skin is significantly more calm and soft to the touch. I love the scent, it’s so gentle & lasts. I don’t know why people are complaining about ingredients seeing as 6 of them are naturally-derived...Anyway, thank you for producing a product that is gentle enough for babies and adults & making the fight for beautiful skin easier! <3

I love the way that the wash leaves my little one's skin smell and feel. The wash & shampoo came in a nice bottle with a pump. This feature makes it so much easier to bathe my little one. No more bottles slipping out of my hand. I really appreciate that Johnson's has come out with better baby products for our little's. I love that there are no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or dyes.

Other products I’ve used didn’t have a long lasting smell. My four month old smelled like he had a bath for 4 days. The texture is so gentle and smooth. You can tell the first time you put it in your hand that it feels absolutely different than other types of baby soap. There’s slippery residue left on my baby after using it. He is the definition of squeaky clean. I’ll never use another baby shampoo again!

The smell is amazing does not produce a ton of lather but the lather is sufficient. The wash rinses off easily leaving my baby skin really clean and very soft. It's an amazing baby wash.

It feels so gentle using it in the bath and washing my baby, It washes so well. Literally melts into the skin, like it says feels like cotton wool which it definitely did. Left babies skin feeling cleansed & moisturised after. I even used this on my toddler whom has very sensitive skin was absolutely fine. Loved this product will defiantly use & buy again.

I used this on my three month old and it really made her skin very soft. I really like the smell as well. It doesn't have that original scent that I'm used to with Johnson's baby wash, but it has a very gentle light sent that I really enjoyed. It made my daughter's hair smell good for days. I also used this product on my toddler. I was able to wash her hair and not worried about it getting in her eyes. being able to use it on both kids is a huge plus, it makes bath time easy and they smell great!

We've used the regular johnson and Johnson all in one since she was born. Since she has sensitive skin, I decided to try this one. Her scalp has red spots on it and it dries her scalp out tremendously! Flakes were everywhere! Her skin seems a little dryer but no outbreaks that I can tell. We will not be using this again nor would I recommend it for babies with sensitive skin

The texture is so smooth, almost like silk. The bottle is a pump, which made bath time so easy. It’s a super light and gentle clean, which provided a absolutely luxurious wash. I am a parent that worries about hidden chemicals, though I had zero worry with this product. No parabens, no phthalates and no suifates or dyes. I’m invested in providing my baby a healthy wash, which happened by using Johnson’s Newborn Wash. I’m extremely grateful for this product, and for the promise of “no more tears”. I am thinking of buying a bottle for the entire family. Healthy products equal a Happy Life!!!

It's a nice and light scent and definitely not full of perfume. A little definitely goes it long way because it's lathered up real nice. I love smelling my baby after using this on her. It made her hair nice and fluffy too. It also didn't make her eyes red like the other stuff I was using do in know it was a not so harsh formula. I definitely would buy this again. I'm happy that Johnson and Johnson decided to go more natural because they made a great product.

She broke out in red bumps IN her head due to the 2 in one (wash and shampoo) . She also broke out on the back of her neck , all of her back , under her chin , all of her face , and forehead. It was horrible !!!!
