Rated 5 out of 5 by jenal8 from I really like this baby oil. I use it after the shower while my skin is damp to lock in moisture. This new almond scent is really nice! It's warm and a little sweet but not overpowering at all. I'd say the scent is geared more towards adults (it's mature rather than being powdery) but really, anyone of any age can use it. The scent and skin softening benefits will be even more enjoyable in these upcoming winter months I think. I will continue to use and purchase it. I have been using other, more expensive brands of body oil as part of my post-shower ritual. Johnson’s is less expensive, but it competes with other brands I have tried.
It has a very light, pleasant scent. Goes on easy (applied to damp skin) and absorbs well so that skin stays soft and smooth long after application.
It does not have a greasy feel, like some oils do.
Great product for the drier winter weather, when my skin needs more moisture

Rated 1 out of 5 by KX36 from Hardly any bubbles You have to use a ton of this stuff to get any bubbles at all and what you get is fine, misty bubbles that don't last more than a couple of minutes. That seems to be the price you pay for a no tears formula. Johnson's other product just called "Johnson's Kids Bubble Bath & Wash" seems identical in this regard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Melissa from No bubbles, burning skin pain Got this assuming if it's meant for babies, it would be safe to use while pregnant. Very glad I wasn't using it for a baby! Almost no bubbles, and after 3 minutes developed an intense, burning skin pain like needles all over my legs. Went away pretty quickly with soap and shower to remove the product. I thought maybe I had used too much of the soap (because it doesn't make many bubbles) so I tried again a week later with just a tiny amount and had the same burning pain after a couple minutes in the water.

The first time i used the product i could not figure out how to use the pump and it took me awhile to figure it. Maybe putting directions or making a pop up top would be easier for people to figure out how to open. I do love this soap though. It’s gentle and effective and clean feeling

Baby oil in general is such a classic product, but with Almond Oil?!? Absolutely amazing. I love anything that is almond scented and this scent is so dreamy. I used this all over every single day and my skin feels so soft. Yes, it’s oily but it does absorb pretty well and lives a nice scent on my skin. I really love it and forgot how much baby oil really helps my dry skin.

This gentle baby massage oil is paraben-free, phthalate-free and dye-free, making it great for use on baby's delicate skin. Maybe a little hint of that powdery fresh smell you smell from regular baby oil. The mineral oil formula contains pure almond oil and locks in up to 10x more moisture on wet skin compared to an ordinary lotion on dry skin. I would definately recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Almond oil will be missed from This is the best oil! Love this one, baby oil with almond oil. The scent is so light and the oil feels so nice on my skin. Especially in winter in northern Wisconsin. I was looking forward to using this this winter and so sad to see this is discontinued. Really loved it, been searching for it for months. Also saw the baby cologne was discontinued, I’ve never even seen that around. I’d have definitely tried it. I’m not a baby as bad I don’t have a baby, but I have sensitive skin and like j&j products

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jrbt from Awful smell - completely different to old formula I’m so surprised I don’t see more complaints. The new formula smells awful and much worse compared to the old formula. I agree with the other one star comments! I’m not sure what drove the change but it’s definitely gone down hill. I’m aware that naturally people don’t like change so any change In packaging/formula usually will take some getting use to but this is really bad and not something I think I could warm up to. I hope Johnsons do revert back to the old formula

I liked the feel. Most products feel gentle but this was softer and smoother than others I've tried. He was so soft and cuddly just wanted to hold and smell him all night.
The pump is a nice feature with more control. I will definitely be buying this and hope everyone out there will join me. Thank you for the opportunity to test this product

Now after testing Johnson's Baby bath product I can honestly recommend it. It's very gentle for my son skin and does not irritate it. The liquid is very dense so you can control how much volume you'd like to add in easy way without making too much foam. One disadvantage I found is a shape of bottle. When your hands are wet it can easy fall out.

This new version is MEGA HORRIBLE the ingredients are totally different, the texture, and the smell ~ it doesn't suit my skin at all...
I am searching high and low for places that stock The Old Blue Type and running out of places to try. If anyone knows of anywhere please let me know.

It was slight but lingering and to me that is a perfect combination. I used it directly after bathing to help lock in moisture. I do wish you had a product that was a little less slick but with an oil product it cannot be helped. Definitely will purchase and my friends were appreciative of me passing along some of the oil to sample also.

The scent is just right. It was not over powering. I loved the pump feature. With the pump I could get just the right amount out rather than over squeezing too much with the regular squeeze bottle. This product is a gentle product and did not irritate my child's skin or dry it out. I definately recommend this product and will be buying it.

The product itself is great for soap. It smells great, seems to be doing well with my baby's sensitive skin. As a bubble bath? It's terrible. It was very difficult to get bubbles to form and they only lasted two minutes at most. I'm sure it's to accommodate for sensitive skin but it's a bummer for kids who want bubbles.

The bottle has an easy to open lid, that's handy when your hands are full. The baby bath doesn't lather too much but still does the job you would expect from a market leader. Would absolutely buy this product. My little one loved it.

It's not made a wow impression and I wouldn't think to recommend it if someone asked for advise on a baby bathing products. Nothing special about it, I still had to use my normal washing products. So it was actually just an added product which isn't necessary for our routine. It's okay but nothing special.
